When you’re ready to make a smoothie, grab one of these pre-portioned smoothie cups out of the freezer, add the designated liquid and protein powder (the only last-minute items!) to a blender, pour in the frozen ingredient mixture, blend, and return the smoothie back into the chilled jar for drinking.

Banana Cold Brew Smoothie:
Prep ahead, freeze individually, and store and layer in quart glass jars in the freezer: sliced banana, date, flaked coconut, and raw almonds.
