{I’m typing this on the cruise! Here’s an embarrassing photo of the crazy amount of wind experienced during our departure}
- Let’s just say that so far I’m not totally into cruise food (granted, I’ve only been on the thing for 12 hours), and wish I could be eating a huge boat of this kale and pecorino salad.
- Roasted cauliflower steaks with meyer lemon relish. I’m dying to eat this.
- This dreamy winter vegetable chowder.
- Twenty recipes Sam Sifton thinks we should try this year.
- How BRILLIANT is this parmesan and black pepper biscotti?!
- Slow cooker short rib pasta sauce. My dream.
- This hearty minestrone soup.
- Really, really want one of these hazelnut, apple, and chocolate buns.
- Roasted spaghetti squash with basil vinaigrette (!).
- These caramel coconut chocolate chip cookies with sea salt. Stop taunting me.
- An amazingly gorgeous blood orange cocktail.
- Brown rice porridge with redcurrant chia jam. So good.
- This baked Italian cauliflower.
- Small batch chocolate chip cookies! Perfection.
