For Lack of Words
This weekend was so much fun, but I’m definitely pooped. I’ve probably walked more than 15 miles all over DC in barely 36 hours and have many many photos to sort through.
The weather was spectacular all weekend! Probably some of the best we’ve had in DC all fall, with temperatures near 70 degrees and completely clear blue skies. I almost wished I had worn shorts!
More photos and details to come, but for now, here’s a little preview of the events of this weekend:
And last, but not least, my favorite photo of this weekend.
Thanks to everyone who suggested ideas for sightseeing this weekend! It was most appreciated. Be back soon with all the details and a heck of a lot more photos 😉

Feel free to email me Monique when the date comes up! Maybe we could even meet up, if you’re going to be all on your own! A lot of my favorites are outside, like the monuments, Arlington Cemetery, Georgetown. I also like the Air & Space, Smithsonians, & Natural History Museum. The list goes on and on 😉

Thank YOU! It did, they both said they loved the city 🙂 More details to come!
Oooh, I’m going to D.C. in January for a long weekend! I haven’t been since 7th grade, I can’t believe it’s been that long. What are your favorite things to see there?? I’m trying to make an itinerary of what I should do. My friend lives there, but she works two of the days so I’m on my own looking for ideas 🙂
BEAUTIFUL photos. Hope the tour went well!!
NoVa has its good and bad parts, that’s for sure. I love the spring time here too, but I think the weather in the fall is a bit more predictable. I’m hoping to have lots more photo opps this winter!
More to come soon!
