Castello Moments: For the Love of Cheese
A big thank you to Castello Moments for sponsoring this post.
not too long ago? I am still working my way through all of that cheese by the way (much to my delight).
While I had lots of fun in the kitchen coming up with my own creation–and nibbling on lots of leftovers–many other bloggers have been making all sorts of goodies over the last few weeks with these very same cheeses.
, cheese + jam cookies, and braised short rib french onion soup…
Be sure to check out all of these other fabulous creations too!

Wow! A great resource for all of us cooks, Laura! Mind boggling!
I am seriously in awe of all of these!!
Wow, all that cheese. Sounds absolutely delicious. The soup does whet the appetite. Cheese is definitely my downfall.
French onion soup is one of my favorite things in all the world. But with braised short ribs?? Oh my yes!
Oh yum, that soup looks incredible!
I know!! I’m a sucker for all things with braised short ribs, so I had to share.
The soup? Oh my gosh that looks amazing! All the melty cheese. Wow! So much yummy cheese in one place, I love it!
Totally drool-worthy, I know.
