Currently: overdosing on cherries!
- Corn milk biscuits! Aghhh!
- How freaking cute are these soft serve cupcakes?!
- I love yogurt cake (and anything with berries), and this whole wheat version looks fantastic.
- I adore this series and this feature.
- This salted almond butter freezer fudge is a thing!
- Are you guys watching Netflix’s Chef’s Table? I just started (I know) and I love it so much. The videography is beautiful!
- So, I’m not really a cheesecake person, but this one looks pretty tasty.
- Avocado toast. Taken to an entirely new level.
- These frizzled artichokes. Nothing sounds better to me right now.
- A blueberry twist on a classic salad.
- Watermelon aqua fresca.
- Um, seriously, I’m really craving cheesecake. What the heck.
- Super clever (and non-toxic) way to keep away the bugs this summer!
What I was making two years ago:
- Delicious, tasty, and tiny zucchini bites with harissa, lime and goat cheese!

We just finished the Chef’s Table series. I agree the videography was stunning. There were episodes I liked better than others. I still think the first one was my fave followed by the one in the New England farm region (NY maybe)
Thanks for the Biscuit Love Laura!
Those soft serve cupcakes look so amazing!
Of course!
I was sooo tempted to pick up some cherries at the farmers’ market this week, but I wound up blowing a small fortune on watermelon, cantaloupe, peppers and tomatoes instead . . . maybe next week! And those corn milk biscuits look amazing. Yum!
I’m so happy that the local grocery stores in Chicago have been selling cherries for only $2-3/lb! I’m usually used to the $5-6/lb range! 🙂
I totally feel you on the cherry OD’ing! So addicting! And chef’s table has been on my list of Netflix binges for a while, though I’m still getting through Mad Men, followed by season 3 of Orange is the New Black! So many good shows to catch up on 🙂 Hope you had a great 4th of July!
